A holistic approach to your real life
My 1:1 coaching weaves together Ayurveda, Tantric Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, lifestyle practices, self-inquiry, and honest conversation.
But this isn't a one-size-fits-all program.
Some people have time for an hour-long daily sadhana.
Others need a potent five-minute practice they can do before the kids wake up, between meetings, or sitting in their car.
Some women come to me because they're exhausted and disconnected from their bodies.
Some are navigating health changes, relationships, career transitions, or questions around purpose.

Six private sessions over three months.
A focused season of personalized support for creating meaningful, sustainable shifts in your health, daily rhythms, practices, and life.
We'll meet twice a month, allowing us to go deeper, notice patterns, adjust your practices, and support you as real life continues to unfold.
6-Month Holistic Coaching | $1,650
Twelve private sessions over six months.
For the woman moving through a deeper season of transformation who wants ongoing mentorship, continuity, and personalized care.
